Last week we made board games and we got to play them in school on Friday. It was so much fun to try each other’s games. We had 10 minutes to play a game, then we switched to another game. We hope we can do it again sometime.

~ 5th & 6th class

On Tuesday 23rd September 3rd – 6th class went to Avondale for the annual cross country races. There were schools from all over the county and hundreds of children competing. Well done to everyone who ran in a race!

We are very lucky to have some school pets in the way of hens. We currently have seven hens. They have a coop at the back of the school and are let out to roam the school grounds everyday. The hens are very good at laying eggs and they are for sale outside our school in the honesty box. A box of our free range eggs costs €3.
