This year our annual Newcastle beach clean up happened on Sunday 24th May. We had a fantastic day for it, the sun was shining and there wasn’t much of a breeze. We got gloves, litter pickers and bin bags and we went along the beach to collect up all the rubbish we could find. We found things like old ropes, plastic and bottles. At the end we got a juice and some sweets for all out hard work.
